Order On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. The certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decision in Lichon v American Universal Insurance Co, 173 Mich App 178 (1988), is considered. It appearing to this Court that the decision in Lichon v American Universal Insurance Co, 435 Mich 408, was issued on July 30, 1990 (Docket No. 84935), we decline to consider the certified conflict. The application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should now be reviewed by this Court.
