verdict of guilty. Upon appeal, defendant contends that the judgment of conviction should be reversed because (1) the evidence is inadequate
to support a finding of guilty of the crime charged; (2) the trial court abused its discretion in allowing the victim to testify;
(3) the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to allow defendant to take a deposition of a witness on active duty
with the United States Army in South Vietnam; and (4) error was committed when the trial court allowed testimony about other
sexual misconduct of the defendant with the same victim without sufficient notice.
