Action in the St. Louis County District Court for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff when the automobile which he was driving collided with one driven by defendant Stanley Bruce Shaw and owned by defendant John Grady. The case was tried before Donald E. Anderson, Judge, and a jury, which found in a special verdict that plaintiff driver was causally negligent and that defendant driver was not negligent. The court ordered judgment accordingly, and plaintiff appealed from the judgment entered and from an order denying his alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
