1 Donald Lewallen appeals that portion of a judgment convicting him of two counts of second-degree sexual assault, contrary to WIS. STAT.Γ§ 940.225(2)(a). Lewallen argues that because the only evidence against him came in the form of the victims prior inconsistent statements, there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction. We reject Lewallens argument and affirm the judgment.
