The appellant has appealed the denial of relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The claims of the petitioner relate to the denial of his Rule 3.850 relief seeking redress of his 1993 sentencing. The 1993 sentence indicated by order of the trial court in February, 1994, proposed new sentencing based on a new plea agreement arising from a full plea colloquy wherein the defendant expressly agreed to abandon all previous motions for post-conviction relief. Since it is clear that the present Rule 3.850 motion does not challenge the most recent 1994 sentencing, we have nothing before us to review. For the foregoing reasons, the within appeal is dismissed. It is so ordered.
